This is the second Episode of the first Series of the Retro Series of Doctor Who. It introduces the new roles of the classic characters, The Second Doctor, Ben Jackson & Polly Wright

PLOT[]
PART 1[]
The Doctor, Ben and Polly are in the Tardis. It’s been a few adventures after the Doctor’s sudden regeneration and his companions have finally gotten used to him. They stand around the console talking. The Tardis lands. Polly heads straight for the door.
“Wait up duchess!”- Ben
Ben and Polly walk out of the Tardis, around them a new planet. It looks peaceful and almost like a Utopia. Nearly perfect. The Doctor finally comes out of the Tardis to meet his friends. They go forward; they appear to be on a cliff and as they look over a beautiful city spreads across like a blanket. Polly looks fascinated and is desperate to explore, ben is a little intrigued but the Doctor not so much. Every time they visit a new place they sometimes either get blamed for something and arrested or get lead to the path of death. But for the sake of his companions he takes them towards this city.

“Oh, isn’t it beautiful, Ben come on!”- Polly
Polly grabs Ben’s hand and forcefully drags him along through the city, the Doctor slightly struggles to keep up as his friends go ahead. Their surrounds resemble the scenery of a medieval grounds where the peasants would live among. Though some technology is spotted here and there. People around them comes across friendly and make them feel welcomed.
“Why hello there, you must be new here, I’m Hull, I have some spear rooms if you wish to stay here,”- Hull
The Doctor kindly discards the rooms, and thanks Hull for his warm attitude. Hull then goes on to tell them about the city and that visitors are always greeted in the best of ways. Plus their Queen always likes to meet visitors. The three are noted that she is soon coming to take a walk through the village. Plus they would easily be spotted as new comers and would be invited to stay for tea.
TRUMPETS NOISE
The villager all scramble to make them selves look appropriate for the arrival of the Queen. Guards march down making a clear path for her. The Doctor, Ben & Polly watch as a women dresses in a long red gown wanders through her village greeting and meeting people. She’s extremely pretty and at this moment is currently looking for a husband to be King of this land. After a few minutes the Queen makes her way up to Hull’s home.
“Good morning Hull, oh and I see we have three visitors, oh you must come up to my kingdom and stay for afternoon super!”- Queen Gala
The Doctor, tries to say no to this offer, but is straight away interrupted by Polly, who agrees to her kind offering. The Queen orders her guards to take them up into her kingdom and that they should have their own chambers each. Polly is over excited by the new experience. The Doctor wishes he was back In the Tardis though.

Queen Gala, the Doctor, Polly, & Ben are sat at the great dinner table tasting into many treats. Also amongst the seats are some of the queen’s long staying friends. Kal, a prince from 2 kingdoms away and Jem a childhood friend of the Queen. The 3 are given odd fruits and delicacies not known or seen by them before.
“So then, my Queen Gala, how does the search for a husband go?” – Jem
Queen Gala looks a little down, it’s not going well obliviously. Though her mood changes to a happier note, she stays strong, she is the Queen of course.
“Still going on, you see I’ve become a bit too picky!”- Queen Gala
Everybody laughs. Though Kal looks in sadness, he holds secret deep feelings for the Queen but hasn’t shown them to her yet. As the evening comes to a close Jem excuses her self and decides to have an early night where as Kal stays and helps to clear up. Queen Gala says her goodnights to her guests and leaves to go to her chambers. But on the way out she accidently drops an item off her wrist. Ben glances over an picks it up only to gasped at by Kal. Kal tries to take it off him, telling him that he should give it back, but Ben insists that he goes to the Queen to give it back. Kal backs down in defeat, though whatever is set to come Ben is not prepared for. He goes down the corridor the Queen went down leaving the Doctor and Polly to make it to their own chambers.
“Oi, your highness, wait up!”- Ben
Queen Gala turns around, a little too happier than expected. She notices the item in his hand.
“Oh, my I am privileged dear God, this is a shock!”- Queen Gala
Ben is confused, what is the Queen on about? She swiftly take the item off Ben’s hands and raps her arm around his waist. She forces him into a sudden hug. Ben doesn't know how to react to such unexpected affection.
“I do!”- Queen Gala
Polly comes down the corridor and Ben sees her, but he continues the conversation with the Queen.
“I do to what?”- Ben
“To your marriage Proposal, silly. By touching a possession of the Queen’s with bear skin, your offering you hand in marriage!”- Queen Gala
Ben stands in shock and stutters. He sees Polly at the end of the corridor, she had gasped loudly. A few tears almost draw from her ducts. She runs off to her chambers. However, she wasn't the only one to hear of this, Kal is standing right behind them and walks away in anger.

Upset, Polly finally comes to her chamber door, only to be met by the Doctor. She sobs a few tears.
“What on Earth’s the matter, my dear!”- Doctor
She tells the Doctor of the news, which takes a while because it doesn’t sound that convincing. But by the end the Doctor reassures her that it was probably an accident and that it could all be stopped by a few words. Polly had let her own feelings for Ben get the better of her. She calmed down and went to bed, hoping that it could all be worked out in the morning. But as she tried it got worse and she cried herself to sleep.

In the Queen’s chambers Ben has been moved in and he was sitting on the bed for the next crazy event to happen. What had he got himself into? He didn’t what to marry the Queen, he likes someone else. The Queen comes into the chambers in a night gown. She climbs onto the bed and tries to lure Ben to join her. Ben rejects her offers many times. She thinks he playing hard to get so she gets a bit violent. Ben pushes her away. The Queen is now getting angry. Ben runs to the window to see if he could jump out or get away to see the Doctor or Polly. But the Queen wants otherwise. She presses a few buttons on her bracelet. A Metal sheet blocks the window. Ben turns around in fear.
“What are you doing?”- Ben
“Guards!”- Queen Gala
The Queen is putting a sweet evil act on. The Guards come into the room, holding laser guns. The Queen also pulls out a gun and aims it at Ben, who’s putting his hands up and sweating like mad.
“Ben, sweetie. You Will marry me or you will die!”- Queen

PART 2[]
“Take aim!”- Queen Gala
The Guards take their aim.
“Wait, wait, please, stop this. I’ll marry you, ok!”- Ben
Ben struggled to get her to stop being crazy. The Queen puts her gun down, leaving the guards in aim. She requests that he tell her something to show that he loves her.
“Why should I?”- Ben
“I have been searching for many years to find a King, I see my relatives and friends find the one they want. So why can’t I have that, I deserve some love and compassion. It’s my turn to be loved and I wont let it go this time!”- Queen Gala
Ben tries to come up with something. He can work well under pressure but in this situation, not so much.
"Um... Roses are Red?"- Ben
The Queen doesn't look impressed, she's heard that one before! But she suddenly shoot the ceeling
"QUICKLY!"- Queen Gala
He doesn’t know what to say but something blurted out:
“It’s not me, it’s Polly!”- Ben
He just blamed it on his best friend. Why on earth would he do that. The Queen’s face boils to a red shade and she screams in torment. She gets up from the bed, tells the guards to keep watch on Ben and gets ready for her own justice.
“Where are you going?”- Ben
“To Kill that little brat!”- Queen Gala
Ben was bewildered. This morning they arrived on a planet and saw how beautiful it is. Then when a tiny event goes the wrong way up the beauty and kindness of this place withers and dies so suddenly.
"No, You Can't!"- Ben

Polly’s asleep, after crying too much, her door creek open, it’s the Queen. She quietly pulls out her gun, Ben has got her killed.
The Doctor comes into Polly's chamber
“No, Stop!”- Doctor
The Doctor had come to check on his companions, but had seen the Queen ready to shoot. He runs up to the Queen pushes her over and grabs Polly, trying to wake her up.
"Polly, Wake Up!"- Doctor
"Leave Her!"- Queen Gala
Thankfully Polly wakes. The Doctor grabs her and tells her to run and that Queen is trying to Kill her. Polly immediately shoots out the door, letting the Doctor deal with the Queen, he pushes her back over when she gets up and then runs after Polly. The Queen Shoots at them. Laser beams spring out of the gun and burst into light. They were being hunted and it doesn't sound well.
"Leave me alone!"- Polly
"I'm not letting you ruin my only chance of of marrying someone, it's not fair!"- Queen Gala

Ben sits in the Queens Chambers still. Suddenly out of luck, the Queen calls the guards to arrest Polly and the Doctor.
"Guards!"- Queen Gala
This means he has short time to escape before the Queen returns. He goes forth to the corridors and runs. He Suddenly, stops to hear a glass breaking scream. The Queen had gone back to her chambers and discovered that Ben has made his move. He then hears her foot steps rapidly hitting the floor, getting louder. Ben runs again. But suddenly in him path is Kal and Jem. They forcefully stop him.
“Where is it do you think your going!”- Jem & Kal
Ben says he just needs to go to the toilet, but they aren’t buying it. They push him backwards towards where the Queen would be coming up. But just then:
“BEN!”- Queen Gala
The Queen has caught up, and is the other side of the corridor. She puts her gun out and shoots in him direction. Ben ducks and it hits Kal’s face. Sparks fly and robotics go everywhere. Ben is confused, they are robots. But Jem grabs Ben, he was going to get killed. What could he do?
"Get off me!"- Ben
The Queen shoots again, but Ben turns around letting the laser blast Jem in the back. Her electronics explode.
“No, my servants!”- Queen Gala
Ben pushes past the dead robots and runs for the nearest exit. The Queen runs up to her servants
“For goodness sake, that boy can’t get away. Anyway, you two were supposed to keep him in, to marry me, I guess I needs a different Plan!”- Queen Gala
Ben suddenly comes to a stop, as he runs straight into Polly and the Doctor
“Polly, Doctor we need to go now!”- Ben
"The Queen tried to Kill me!"- Polly
"I Know, same here!"- Ben
The two go straight into a hug, the Doctor doesn't look impressed, he hears footsteps running towards them.
"Guys let's go!"- Doctor
They Run, into the village
“STOP THE NEW VISITORS, THEY HAVE BETRAYED AND OVER STAYED THEIR WELCOME, GET THEM”- Queen Gala (Over a Microphone)
Ben, Polly and The Doctor run through the village slowly being chased by villagers. Shouts and insults fly everywhere. They ran for minuets until they reached the Tardis.
“From here on now, we vow never to come here again!”- Doctor
The three rush into the spacecraft, it dematerialises. Never to be seen again. The Villagers appear, confused.
